4.1 Pickup & Delivery
For Pickup & Delivery customers, we collect and retain your home or business address, access instructions, and delivery preferences. This information is used solely to fulfill your service orders and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Drivers may use navigation applications (such as Google Maps or Waze) to route to your address; those applications are governed by their own privacy policies.
4.2 Payment Systems
We use third-party payment processors including LaundroWorks / Stripe / other to handle all payment transactions. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our systems. Payment data is encrypted and processed in accordance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
4.3 In-Store Security Cameras
Our facility uses video surveillance for the safety and security of our customers, staff, and property. Camera footage is stored for a limited period (typically 30 days) and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
4.4 Loyalty Program
If you participate in our loyalty card or rewards program, we collect transaction history associated with your card or account to track balances and redemptions. This data is used solely for program administration.
